1. How safe are my transactions?
You can relax, because at 7Sultans Poker , we use the same Internet Security Standards for online transactions demanded by major financial institutions.
It is a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Digital Encryption that protects the details of your electronic transactions over the Internet.
The Internet's premier electronic cash merchants facilitate all commercial transactions. These banking facilities are only available to the Real Players who wager with real money.

2. What are my options to buy poker credits and do I have a limit?
7Sultans Poker accepts traditional Visa and MasterCard, but also offers fast, secure, and convenient alternative payment methods; Neteller, and Firepay are just some examples.

Approved transactions are automatically credited to the Player's poker account to allow uninterrupted playing.
We do have some limits though so you better check them out.
- There is a weekly deposit limit of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- There is a daily deposit limit of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- There is a maximum single deposit amount of US$ 500 on each registered card.
- You can only register one credit card in your name.
- All credit card limits are refreshed twice a week - Tuesday at 24h00 (EST) and Friday at 24h00 (EST).

3. How do I physically buy my credits?
Like any casino, you need to go to the bank to buy your credits. So, as a Real player, go to the "Bank", and "Deposit".
For Credit Cards:
Select "Credit Card" and then choose the appropriate credit card. To add a new credit card, click on "Register Credit Card" and follow the prompts. If you need to add a card and have reached your limit, please contact support@7sultanspoker.com.
For Alternative Methods of Payments:
7Sultans Poker uses alternative methods of payment (Neteller, Firepay etc).
To add a new method of payment, click on the ?Register Account? tab in the Banking pages, click on the ?Sign up Now? button next to the APM you wish to use, and follow the prompts. (For more detail on these payment methods, see below).

FIREPAY Deposits

4. Why are my credit cards being rejected?
Certain financial institutions don't allow their cardholders the freedom to buy gaming credits and play online. If this happens to you there are still other ways to play. This is why we offer you alternative methods of buying poker credits.

5. What happens if my transaction "times out"?
Kindly note that there is a slight possibility your transaction might time out.
A timeout occurs when the accepted transaction response from a 3rd party processor such as NETeller or FirePay does not reach your poker account. Your poker account balance will therefore not reflect the amount you deposited.
Should you experience a confirmed timeout, our Recon Department will credit your poker account within 1 - 2 business days. To expedite this process and receive your poker credits without delay, please contact our support desk and supply them with the following information regarding the transaction:
- Date of Deposit
- Poker Account Number
- Deposited Amount
- Tracking Number from your Alternate Deposit/Purchasing Method 3rd party processor (NETeller, FirePay etc.)
In the event of a comp being afforded by our Floor Manager before a missing deposit has been investigated, you should be aware that:
- The comp is issued as a token of good faith, based on your deposit not updating to your poker account;
- In the event of the missing deposit not representing a ?time out?, we will reverse the comp amount from your (related) poker accounts? available balance; and
- We reserve the right to withhold the comp amount from future withdrawal/s on your (related) poker accounts, pending the outcome of our investigation into the missing deposit

6. How do I withdraw my winnings?
It is not necessary to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session. You can leave your poker account with a positive balance. It will automatically be saved in the system and will be available to you the next time you log on and play.
If you do want to withdraw though, you can always on the "Withdrawal" button in the Banking Pages and enter the amount of money that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal will sit in your poker account for 24 hours - allowing you to reverse the whole withdrawal or a portion thereof.
You then have 6 options to withdraw your winning balance from your poker account.
These include:
Reversal of a Withdrawal Request
If you request a withdrawal, but change your mind within the 24-hour pending period, you can always go back and continue playing with your credits. All you have to do is request a "reversal of withdrawal", within the 24-hour period. You do this simply by opening up the Banking pages, clicking on the ?Reverse Withdrawal? tab, and then by entering the withdrawal amount you wish to reverse.
NETeller Withdrawals
7Sultans Poker currently levies no charges for withdrawing money via this method. Withdrawals are usually refunded against the original NETeller deposit and to the NETeller account from where these deposits were made. 7Sultans Poker may elect to honour withdrawals in the form of Direct Bank Transfers (ACH) or as a check.
Please note that this withdrawal option is only available to accounts that are older than 90 (ninety) days.
Withdrawing by check
If you want to withdraw your winnings and receive them by check, please select this payment option when requesting your withdrawal.
You can either choose between having your check posted, or couriered, to the address that you gave us when you registered for your account. If using ordinary mail to receive your check, there is no charge, however, for the courier, the charge will depend on your location and will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. The casino will send checks over $1,000 complimentary via courier.
Withdrawing by direct bank transfer (ACH)
7Sultans Poker doesn't currently charge for withdrawing money via this method.
If you would like to request this method online then please select this payment option when requesting your withdrawal.
This option is available to USA residents only, and the player requesting the winnings must be a signatory to the account in order to use this method.
Please note that this withdrawal option is only available to accounts that are older than 90 (ninety) days.
FirePay Withdrawals
There are no charges levied with this method for withdrawing money. The Withdrawals are usually refunded a against the original FirePay deposits. If you were having a good day, and won more than the original value, you will be paid out to your FirePay account; or via check or bank transfer - whichever you prefer. Just remember, that 7Sultans Poker may elect to honor withdrawals in the form of Direct Bank Transfers (ACH) or as a check.
Click2PayWithdrawals
7Sultans Poker currently levies no charges for withdrawing money via this method. Withdrawals are usually refunded against the original Click2Pay deposits and to the Click2Pay account from where these deposits were made. 7Sultans Poker may elect to honour withdrawals in the form of Direct Bank Transfers (ACH), as a check, or via Solo or Switch refunds (UK £ only).
